Privacy policy
This site collects only what is needed to answer you. No data is ever sold, or passed on to anyone else for commercial purposes.
What is collected
Only what you type into one of the forms on this site: first name, surname, email address, and depending on the form, phone number, company, number of people involved, the activity you are interested in and a free-text message.
No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no social media pixels are placed on this site. One single piece of information is kept in your browser: the language you chose, so that you get the right version of the site on your next visit.
Why
To answer you: put together a proposal, confirm a booking, call you back, or send you the resource you asked for. Your data is used for nothing else.
How long
Three years from the last time we were in touch, then deletion. An enquiry that goes no further is deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to it being processed. One address for all of that: virginia@virginiaphilippe.com. You will get a reply within one month.
If that reply does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
