Privacy policy
This site collects only what is needed to answer you. No data is ever sold, or passed on to anyone else for commercial purposes.
What is collected
Only what you type into one of the forms on this site: first name, surname, email address, and depending on the form, phone number, company, number of people involved, the activity you are interested in and a free-text message.
For ‘Notify me’ sign-ups, the offer you are interested in, the form language, the date of your consent and your newsletter preference are also kept.
No analytics cookies, advertising trackers or social media pixels are placed on this site. Your chosen language is kept in your browser so that you receive the right version of the site. Embedded FEA Create forms may also use strictly technical storage required for their display and security.
Why
To answer you: put together a proposal, confirm a booking, call you back, send you the resource you asked for or let you know when an offer opens.
If you separately ticked the newsletter box, your email address is also used to send you news and offers from Virginia Philippe. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Who can access it
Virginia Philippe is the sole recipient of your enquiries. Opening alerts and newsletter sign-ups are also hosted in FEA Create, which is used as the technical service provider for contact management and automated emails.
How long
Three years from the last time we were in touch, then deletion. An enquiry that goes no further is deleted after twelve months.
Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe, then placed on a suppression list so that no further email is sent to you.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to it being processed. One address for all of that: virginia@virginiaphilippe.com. You will get a reply within one month.
If that reply does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
